We Need Parents of Juniors to Chaperone!
Grad Night is a wonderful tradition at Gunn - we ask the parents of current Juniors to serve as chaperones for two reasons: the Seniors don't really want their own parents at Grad Night, and it gives Junior parents a good understanding of what THEIR kids will get to experience next year!
We have ten chaperones so far and would like to get a total of sixteen. You would ride the bus with the kids right after the graduation ceremony on June 9th, then rotate through the various activity stations throughout the night and watch the fun. The buses will depart from Gunn at approximately 8:15pm, then return back to Gunn at about 4:30am on June 10th. Yes, you read that correctly! Night Owls wanted! If you are willing to chaperone, please email Diane Ciesinski at diane@ciesinski.com.
Grad Night Bus Loading Help Needed!
We're looking for Junior and Senior parents to volunteer for this fun activity on June 9th. (Of course if you're a parent of a younger class we'll take you too.) We need many volunteers to help get the grads from the ceremony, through the boarding process and onto the buses so that we can leave campus on time. The time commitment is 2 - 3 hours. If you're a parent of a Senior you will still have time to take photos after the ceremony before helping us. PLEASE HELP! Contact Nancy Baer at nance.baer@gmail.com
Thank you!
